DO NOT PURCHASE OR HOOK UP YOUR CABLE EQUIPMENT UNTIL
YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. PURCHASER AGREES TO
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
I, the buyer, understand that certain cable TV
equipment sold legally may nevertheless be used in an unauthorized
manner to aid the theft of cable TV services. As an inducement to
the dealer to sell me cable equipment, I, hereby declare under
penalties of perjury that I understand the federal law and various
state laws provide for substantial criminal and civil penalties for
the theft of cable TV services, and that all products I receive
from the dealer now and in the future, will not be used to
intercept any cable TV services, nor will I sell or otherwise
transfer any equipment I have purchased from the dealer to any
third party who I know or suspect will use any such cable equipment
for the theft of services. As an inducement to the dealer, I agree
to indemnify the dealer and seller for any cost or expense which
may incur as a result of my breach of the foregoing
declaration.
We are selling you a descrambler so that:
You may own your own equipment to reduce the monthly
rental fees and use the equipment as a second or third setting when
you are fully activated, and wish to view programs on more than one
television and or resell the equipment in accordance with all of
the state, federal, and local laws. It is not our intent to defraud
any cable company, and we will not assist any individual in doing
so. Receiving cable signals without proper payment is a crime. It
is the customer's responsibility to notify the cable company of any
equipment they may have and must obtain permission to use such
equipment. We assume that the customer has obtained this permission
prior to purchasing our products. We will not be responsible for
any damages physical or legal that may be incurred while using this
equipment.
All SALES ARE FINAL. If you have a defective
unit, you must follow our return policy by contacting us for a RA
number and then shipping the product back to us. If you do not
follow this procedure and contact your credit card company to back
charge us, you will be turned over to our collection company for
collection of the full amount plus a 30.00 chargeback fee.If you
send us a check that does not clear you will be turned over to our
collection agency for collection of the full amount plus a 30.00
returned check fee. There are no exceptions to this
policy.
